1. Late Policy:     •    Please arrive on time for your appointment.     •    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and subject to a fee. 2. Cancellation Policy:     •    I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.     •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. No exceptions.     •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and must pay a deposit to rebook. 3. Booking Deposit:     •    A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment.     •    This deposit will be applied to your final balance at checkout.     •    If you cancel with appropriate notice (24+ hours), your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once. 4. No Extra Guests Policy:     •    For everyone’s comfort and safety, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment unless previously approved. 5. Sick Policy:     •    If you are feeling sick (cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms, skin infections, etc.), please reschedule.     •    Services will not be performed on anyone with contagious conditions.     •    If you arrive visibly ill, I reserve the right to refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited. 6. Service Guarantee:     •    I strive for your satisfaction. If you experience any issues after your appointment please contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary check-in or minor touch-up if applicable. After 48 hours a service fee will apply. 7. Payment Methods:     •    I accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit, Cash App     •    No refunds on services. 8. Client Consent:     •    All clients must complete a consultation form before first services.     •    Your health, allergies, and skincare goals are important to me — honesty ensures the best results!
